PRESS RELEASE, LOS ANGELES – January 23, 2014 – AXS TV Fights, the longest running live mixed martial arts and Muay Thai program on television, and Lion Fight, the world’s largest promotion in the sport of Muay Thai, announced today the signing of a new broadcast TV rights agreement.
The deal marks the second year that AXS TV will present all of Lion Fight’s world class Muay Thai events as part of its live AXS TV Fights series, starting with Lion Fight 13 on Friday, February 7, 2014.

The February 7 Lion Fight 13 event features two of the best female standup fighters in the world and the first ever to headline a Lion Fight event. In a championship main event, featherweight Tiffany Van Soest will attempt a second successful title defense against Australian Muay Thai Champion Caley Reece. LION FIGHT 13 also features two much anticipated rematches, the first Kevin Ross vs. Matt Embree 2 and the second Coke Chunhawat vs. Rami Ibrahim 2.
AXS TV will present Lion Fight 13 live from The Joint inside Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas Friday, February 7 starting at 10:00 p.m. ET/7:00 p.m. PT.
